We believe that the measure of a civilization can be taken by the ability of an individual within that civilization to connect and contribute meaningfully within it. In other words, the more effectively that an individual can leverage previously discovered knowledge, know-how, processes, etc., the more advanced that civilization is. Comake strives to have the greatest positive impact on the world by contributing the tools people need to improve their access to and utilization of knowledge and capabilities.

We are inspired by the idea that the internet has the potential to become the collective human consciousness, and we want to help it realize that potential. But to do that, we need to improve how data and capabilities can be understood, used, and shared in distributed ways, across countless fragmented software applications, components, and use cases. Moreover, it requires helping people see things differently and facilitating dynamic changes in perspectives that let people understand, customize, and assemble knowledge and capabilities in new and creative ways. We believe that this process of analyses and synthesis, of creating something new by combining and recombining existing components, is essential for progress and innovation.

Comake was born with a broad diversity of thought and of cultural and social backgrounds.
